That is a popular question these days. With more states changing their laws to allow the use of Medical Marijuana for treatment of certain conditions, people who would never before have considered such a thing, are coming forward with questions about their ailment and the possible use of Medical Marijuana, either to replace their current medications or as a supplement to them.
The first question that you should ask is, Is it legal for me to use Medical Marijuana? The answer will come with just a little searching. We have tried to answer most of your questions within this site by either giving you the answers or by providing helpful links to get the answers you seek.
First you need to see if you live in a Medical Marijuana State. We have already answered that for you on our Medical Marijuana States page. Click on this link or on the tab above to see if your state allows Medical Marijuana use. At the time of this writing there are 17 states within the U.S. that have Medical Marijuana Laws and allow possession and use and sometimes cultivation of Medical Marijuana as long as their guidelines are adhered to.
If you DO live in a Medical Marijuana State, you next need to find out if your medical condition is covered under your states Medical Marijuana laws.We have published these answers to the best of our ability's as well. Simply click on the Medical Marijuana Use tab above or Click here to be taken to that page. You can also find your answer by clicking on the link provided under YOUR STATE on our Medical Marijuana States page.This option takes you to the official State Website where all will be reviled. It is important that you check your states laws since each state has it's own list of acceptable conditions.
If you believe you are a good candidate for Medical Marijuana Use, your next step is to discuss it with a licensed Medical Marijuana Doctor. We do not suggest seeing a Medical Marijuana Doctor if you have not yet checked the State law on acceptable Medical Marijuana Use first. This is simply because a Doctors Visit may cost you unnecessarily and insurance will not cover any of the costs. That's a fight yet to be had.
